Delivery Policy

• We’ll confirm recipient availability thru call before delivery time. No need to worry as we’ll only inform them there is a courier parcel sending to them.
• If you wish us not to call before delivery, kindly leave your remarks upon checkout. Pls note that if recipient is unavailable upon delivery time, we’ll keep you informed & make alternative arrangement for second re-delivery with surcharge.
• Place such as hospitals & hotels that don’t allow delivery to wards/rooms due to health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception (along with the recipient info) and get them to pass to recipient.
